- SOShowgirl ObamaMay 9, 20261.0I absolutely despise USPS. I have had several packages lost/stolen but because the website says "Delivered" there is nothing you can do. I have lived in many cities and have had this issues time and again. I have mailed packages from overseas to my U.S address and never received the packages. I receive packages that are not mine and I either deliver to the address, or hand deliver to the post office. That being said, Jessup post office has been the absolute worst!! Honest Opinion.

That said, I want to leave a positive review for Mercedes at this USPS location. She is absolutely wonderful—consistently helpful, kind, and friendly—and she truly goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled correctly. Customer service like hers makes a real difference, and it’s always a pleasure being helped by her. USPS is lucky to have Mercedes. Unfortunately, the experience with other postal workers, especially on weekends, often leaves much to be desired. The 5 stars is for Mercedes, 1 star for this location. Avoid if possible.
