- RSRick S5 days ago1.0Needed to send a letter guaranteeing receipt within the state, less than 60 miles. It was dropped off on a Tuesday sent Priority Mail which should’ve been delivered by Thursday, or Friday at the latest. As of Sunday, it still has not arrived after paying additional money for Priority. If I mailed it first class myself, it probably would’ve arrived in 1-2 days within the state as usual. Now you pay 12x as much and watch it flutter around the postal system way past its guaranteed delivery date. Amazing how incompetent this delivery seems to be with the postal system. 🤦♂️ Update: it is now 8 days later and no sign of the priority envelope mailed!

Even though it had multiple “fragile”stickers and I clearly stated that the contents were delicate, the employee repeatedly lifted and dropped the box onto the scale. It may not have been extremely forceful, but it was still careless and completely unnecessary. You do not know what is inside a customer’s package, and when it is clearly marked as fragile, it should be handled with care. Because of this, my items could have been damaged or dislodged. I have also seen other packages being handled roughly before. If a package says “fragile“ it should be treated gently and with attention. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.
