  Paid plenty extra for overnight by 10:30 AM. 11, noon, 1, so I start calling. 1st rep (after being cleared by AI) put me on a long hold to tell me it would be delivered by the end of the day, no eta, nothing else. It was imperative to have it asap so I called to try another rep (after more AI), said he'd call the location, long hold, ringing, disconnect. More AI, 3rd rep heard my pleas, found the package at the nearest distribution center and said I could pick it up. So I dropped everything else to drive 30 minutes each way to get what was promised to be delivered to me hours before. 1) I got lucky. Don't depend on FedEx too much. 2) Keep calling til you get a rep who cares about doing their job well. Getting a refund, maybe sending them a bill too.

  Majority of the staff is very helpful and willing to get your package the destination correctly. Would recommend.

  The lady at the front desk was really nice. Drop offs were quick and easy
