  Excellent service here. The associate even helped me unload some heavy packages from my vehicle. I didn't expect that.

  I had repeated issues receiving an international package that required a signature, my delivery notes were ignored and it was returned to the sender. I ordered it again and same issue happened and I was then told it couldn’t be held at a closer location, so I came here to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told it had been mistakenly returned to center, which was very frustrating. However, Jeremy went above and beyond, he tracked down my package after it had already been processed to ship back and made sure I could take it home. He and his coworker (I didn't catch her name) were incredibly helpful and I’ll definitely choose this location again because of their excellent customer service.

  Usually have decent experiences, but they really messed up this time. My package arrived incredibly damaged. Bent, gouged, and falling out of the box-damaged. I refused it at the truck, told them not to unload it and to take it away. They re-delivered it AGAIN the next day when I wasn't home and left it in a crumpled mess on my doorstep. I called them a couple times when I got home, only ever got a script reading call center rep, and they are refusing to send a truck to pick it back up. Now I have a giant damaged package just sitting in my yard. What am I supposed to do with this?! Seriously unprofessional. Pictures attached.

  Drove 45 mins there yesterday after being told I could pick up our package after 330, wasn't there (4pm). Said they'd call when it arrived to see if I wanted to come back or have it re-delivered. NEVER got a call and no number to call them.

  "Always a great experience at this FedEx in Windsor. The staff is consistently polite, the lines move quickly, and my packages are always handled with care. Very reliable location! The facility is clean, organized, and easy to get in and out of.
