  Just wish FedEx as a whole didnt decide Express was no longer important. I wouldn't have had to drive over an hour to make sure that envelope was sent out if I could count on drop boxes being picked up and the "ground" drivers (because ill never consider them anything else) werent completely incompetent. So, instead I spent 2 hours of my very busy life to get that package where it needed to be.

  Zero stars if I could. I came into this official FedEx location to drop off a return package with a pre-paid label ready, and the employee told me they "don't print shipping labels." This isn't a third-party drop-off spot—it's an actual FedEx store! How does a major shipping company refuse to print a shipping label? Total waste of time. (35 min drive)

  I walked inthe front entrance at the BDL airport FedEx ship center. One person in the vestibule, talking to the guy behind the counter when i walked in. Obviously friends, they talked for another 7-10 minutes while i waited. the guy behind the counter finally says "i'll grab your packages, what are the numbers again?" the person picking up said the two numbers for his packages and the guy goes to get them. after 5 minutes he brings out one and says "what was that other number again?" and proceeds to take another 5 minutes. REALLY?! after he was done, it took all of 2 minutes to scan my package, give me a dropoff receipt and walk out.
