- JSJustin StanikmasJun 24, 20261.0Legitimately the worst shipping experience you can have. Multiple times, more than 5 but less than 10, have I tried shipping here and each time it's worse than before. Every staff member I've tried working with is condescending, rude, and snarky, as if it's my fault I'm inconveniencing them to ship an item. I genuinely hated coming here and certainly will actively avoid stepping foot in that building again and would advise the same to anyone that doesn't like to be looked down upon. If you do like it, this is your place! I'm not over complaining here too. I've arrived with my packages ready to ship only needing a label each time. Every time there's something off or the counter clerk has different rules on what they're allowed to do with printing a label or needing me to write it in the box. Nothing is consistent and they certainly make sure you feel stupid for it. Seriously avoid this awful place.

If you hate your job that much then quit. Don’t get into the service industry so you can take your problems out on the customers.

Came in with my child and was berated for being a few minutes late (like really berated in front of my daughter). Then my daughter was yelled at that she had to tuck her hair behind her ears and a bunch of other made up rules for passport photos. The women is so over the top rude you would almost think you’re on hidden camera
