  I could have been better helped and/or directed, assisted today. I would have liked to offer customers lower shipping rates, but unfortunately it becomes too difficult to engage in business with UPS. Maybe something will change someday, but for now, I can’t seem to work with you very well. All I needed was 1 label printed . I tried to explain that I’m moving and my home office is down at the moment. Normally I always print my own labels at home to be honest. I got turned away. Hopefully I get my full refund asap. My time is a lot more valuable than this kind of treatment. I also tried New Milford UPS, and their power was apparently down to do labels, and I was directed to staples. That’s wayyyyyyy too much when I prepaid a label around 5 am for the shipment.

  I arrived with multiple packages to ship. Since I could not physically carry everything at once, I placed one package with a label near the counter and quickly went back to my car to retrieve the remaining packages. Before doing so, I informed the customer standing directly behind me that I was stepping out for a moment to get the rest of my packages and that I was keeping my place in line. He acknowledged this and said it was fine. I was gone for barely a two min When I returned, one customer in line began making a scene and insisting that I should go to the back of the line. Instead of calmly explaining the situation and de-escalating the tension, the employee chose to encourage the negativity rather than handle it professionally. What made the situation particularly unpleasant was the employee’s attitude. On the surface, he appeared to be speaking politely, but his tone was filled with sarcasm and obvious hostility. Every point I made was met with a dismissive response, as if he disagreed with or disliked everything I said. Rather than listening and handling the situation professionally, he seemed intent on making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other customers. The service is not just about processing packages. It is about professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to handle situations respectfully. I left with an extremely unpleasant impression and a feeling that I had been treated with unnecessary disrespect.

  Josh P. at the store was extremely kind and helpful, and checked multiple options for me to send a package to New Mexico. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and he did not rush the transaction at all.

  We asked for ideas for window signage for The Turnover Shop Annex in Wilton Center- a non-profit thrift store. They measured, designed mock ups and cleaned our windows and installed inside of 3 weeks. Meeta and her staff were great to work with.
