- JNJenny NguyenSep 9, 20261.0horrible delivery service. i live in an apartment, and every few months i have to report a package as missing because it says “delivered” to my mailbox, but the package is nowhere to be found. this happens repeatedly and is extremely frustrating. it seems like the packages are being marked as delivered before they are actually placed in the correct mailbox.
