  Vanessa at the print shop is amazing! She thoughtfully reviewed my order and realized that I probably made a mistake in how I entered the order online (I did). She called me and straightened it out. I was so very grateful for her critical thinking and initiative without which I would have gotten exactly what I asked for and it would not have been pretty! She absolutely saved the day on a project that was a tight turnaround to begin with and her customer service skills were top notch.

  Avoid this store for Amazon returns. In July 2026 I took several large items to this store for Amazon returns. I had the QR codes for each of them. They could not provide printed receipts for the items and there was a line of people waiting behind me so I didn't want to hold anyone up. I was there for a good 40 min- an hour waiting and then waiting for the store assistant to scan and then rescan, and then rescan my items again and again. He was placing my items in random boxes and I didn't have a lot of confidence that my items were going to get back to Amazon with the right label. Again, he could not print receipts and I was already there with QR's so I felt like I couldn't take my items and leave. I have had emails from Amazon regarding EVERY single item I returned that day because it either was not recognized as a return from me and/or Amazon says they didn't get it. These were $65++ items. So I have had a few calls to Amazon to try and clear this up. Since I don't have receipts, I can't reference the numbers associated with the items so I have no proof I returned them. Just last week, in Sept, 2 months after returning these items I got another email from Amazon saying they received items associated with a return of another item and they were charging me for the 1 item they don't have. They don't know what these items are that have been returned. That day in July, the female manager of this store was dismissive to the store attendant who was assisting me. He was asking for help for empty boxes and very apologetic to me that the scanning software they had was crashing, while the manager just stood there glaring at him. He was trying to do his job while staying positive so I don't fault him. He clearly was not trained how to manage Amazon returns and apparently the manager wasn't either.

  Common sense would make you put a sign right when you walk in says Amazon returns to the left, Instead when you walk in you don't know where the hell you're going you look to the right you see shipping you go over there And stand in line with everyone else who thinks it's an Amazon return and now you get redirected to another area.. Use some common sense.
