- CCCaleighJun 19, 20262.0I am here on a weekly basis and this place is consistently understaffed. The staff who are here always seem miserable and overworked. I would love to see this place get even a little attention from management etc. because it is in such a central location for so many people. It is really frustrating and such a disappointment. On a side note, they need to update their hours: they’re marked as open today, Juneteenth, a federal holiday, but they are in fact closed.

Don’t go here if you aren’t in the business of waiting AT LEAST 15 minutes in line, no matter what time of day you go. Writing this at 1:45pm on a Tuesday afternoon, and believe that I have tried stopping here at different times hoping to avoid this issue (as I ship things out 2-3 times a week for my small business). The workers are generally nice, but the whole office is entirely understaffed and the line moves slower than a snails pace. Clientele is also miserable so I feel for the staff, but the government needs to do better.
