- GCGenevieve ChaseJul 3, 20261.0I paid almost $40 to have a package shipped overnight. It was supposed to arrive 30 June. It is now 3 July and it is still sitting at the post office. I have put in a service request. I have called the post office ten times (and counting) and no one is answering the phone. Pretty pathetic.

- SJShenatta JosephMay 23, 20261.0I wish I could give 0 stars. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location, specifically with the woman who handles passports on Saturdays. Customer service is extremely important, especially in a position that requires constant interaction with the public, and her attitude has consistently come across as rude, passive-aggressive, and unwelcoming. During both my initial visit and my return visit, I experienced the same loud tone and dismissive behavior, to the point where it felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. Customers should not feel like they are bothering staff simply for coming in to complete a service. I understand customer service jobs can be stressful and that employees deal with difficult people, but professionalism and respectful communication still matter. I genuinely hope management takes these reviews seriously because experiences like this can negatively affect the reputation of the entire location
