- LTLele ThomasJul 30, 20261.0Listen bad, just bad service. Why have a business phone if they don't ever pick up. I tried calling this office on shield street and they never picked up, never. Everyone at the desk is clueless, they tell you what you want to hear thats it. Why having a PO Box if your mail won't get delivered to it. I am still waiting on a phone call from the supervisor for over a year now.

The two employees working seemed to take a very long time to complete simple transactions, and the process felt unnecessarily delayed. I hope management addresses this because customers’ time matters.Stay away if you’re in a hurry. The service here is extremely slow. The wait times are long, and the employees seem to take a very long time to get things done. Very frustrating experience.
