  Misleading website. They do NOT have any walk in passport services on Wednesdays. Do not waste your time here. My son was born 2 years ago and I initially came here for his passport photos and the employees do NOT know what they are doing, they try to tell you to go to "triple A" for the photos? Lol. Came here again when my daughter was born recently because she needs a passport as well and I recognized this location when I walked in, employees are different but still as useless as my previous experience here, infact they flat out refused to service us for our passport, we had to go to a different location.

  I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior I experienced at this post office today. I came in to mail a package to Canada to a person who turns pet ashes into jewelry. I explained to the employee that the package contained my dog’s ashes. She took the situation to another coworker and then to a supervisor, and instead of treating me with even basic compassion, they laughed and said, “It’s just a dog.” They then repeatedly hounded me for proof of cremation. I tried showing them the information I had online, but they laughed again and told me I needed a physical paper document. Regardless of what documentation is required to mail cremated remains internationally, there is absolutely no excuse for mocking someone who is grieving. You can explain a policy without laughing at someone or minimizing the death of their beloved pet. Today was the first day I have been able to get out of bed since my soul dog passed away on August 29. I was already struggling just to leave my home, and being treated this way made an incredibly painful day even worse. My dog was not “just a dog.” She was my family, my companion, and a huge part of my life for nearly 14 years. Do better, post office. Policies can be enforced while still treating people with dignity and empathy. Please train your employees and supervisors to understand that there is a grieving person on the other side of the counter.

  Listen bad, just bad service. Why have a business phone if they don't ever pick up. I tried calling this office on shield street and they never picked up, never. Everyone at the desk is clueless, they tell you what you want to hear thats it. Why having a PO Box if your mail won't get delivered to it. I am still waiting on a phone call from the supervisor for over a year now.

  i used apple maps to look up this specific usps and they had it listed as 24 hours. i went and it was closed… they absolutely need to fix that. so misleading
