've always had a great experience shopping at Staples because the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I've never had a problem with the customer service, and the employees always go out of their way to assist customers. That said, I really feel bad for the staff because the store doesn't seem to have working air conditioning. I am givimg them 2 stars because of that! During a heat wave, the temperature inside is extremely uncomfortable. There are no fans, and it can be difficult to breathe while walking around and trying to shop. If it's that uncomfortable for customers, I can't imagine what it's like for the employees who have to work there all day. The staff deserve better working conditions, and customers deserve a comfortable shopping environment. I hope Corporate addresses this issue as soon as possible because it's the only thing that takes away from an otherwise positive shopping experience.

The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They answered all of my questions with patience and made the entire shopping experience smooth and stress-free. The print services were fast, the quality was outstanding, and my order was completed exactly as requested. I truly appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail.
