  Friendly and quick service. I had placed an order for pick up the next day accidentally so I contacted the store to see if I was able to pick it up he same day I placed the order and they made it happen for me no issues. If there was more customer service like this in other store.

  I use Staples (West Hartford, CT & online) for my everyday needs. Whether for household, school, or business supplies. The staff is consistently friendly, compassionate, and professional. They take the time to assist and offer helpful suggestions when needed. The store is always clean, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming.
