- KRKiera RoseMar 13, 20241.0They constantly lie about delivering my packages, they will say it's at the front porch when it's actually in the large mailbox WITHOUT a key for me to open it or not delivered at all.They give me other people's mail and put my mail in other people's boxes. My packages are delivered smashed and sometimes even thrown on the porch. After talking to them multiple times they do not do anything to fix these problems. My grandmother sent me packages that were smashed to a pulp. They gave us the run around and we never received the other 2 packages. They are just gone. This is constantly happening and no one cares enough to do anything to fix it.
