- KTKaren ThomasAug 7, 20191.0I went to this location during my lunch break to send out a item. I waited in line a few minutes and spoke with an agent to make sure I was using the correct packaging. I was told what to choose from, got out of line, selected what he said. I wrote the address on the package and got back in line. The line was much longer the second time but I patiently waited. When it was my turn, I got a different agent and he told me very rudely that what I had selected was not correct and that he could not mail my item as such. The first agent I had was listening in and just said sorry. No solution was given to me on how to mail my package. In addition, the agent told me I had to pay for the packaging that I wrote on even when I tried to give it back. Again I will state how rude he was and how when asked he wouldn't even tell me how to send my package, rather just told me what I did was wrong and ask that I pay for it. I spent my entire lunch break in line, being lied to, or being rudely told I could not send my package. I called my husband crying with how upset I was with the whole ordeal. A person should not be brought to tears because of a post office experience. I have refused to go back to this location.
