Every complaint they claim "it must've been a new carrier". They're miserable over the phone and DO NOT want to help u find your missing UNDELIVERED mail. THEY EVEN LOST AN ITEM I SOLD ON EBAY. They can't seem to get my building address/unit number right. I literally have my P.O Box set up IN A DIFFERENT TOWN because they are so bad. I only go here to drop stuff off and hate it because of the stress they've caused me.
