- TLT LavarnApr 19, 20265.0I actually love that this post office is conveniently in the center of town and feels safe. When my boyfriend was deployed they helped me figure out how to send packages and even though it took a while to get through the labeling process, they didn't complain like other post offices. Here, though the staffing was limited I didn't feel like a burden. The line wait time can be long especially depends on time of day -- but that's at every post office. And there may not be an easy drive thru drop off but I've never had issues just walking inside to drop mail after hours at the designated box. I don't think many people who have a good experiences leave enough reviews compared to when there's an issue so I wanted to leave a good note.

- KDKathleen DelaneyJun 2, 20161.0When my regular mailman is on duty, all is wonderful. But, whenever there is a substitute or he is on vacation, I most likely will not receive mail at all. I have handicap delivery to the house, and there is a notice in the mailbox verifying the need for house delivery. They NEVER honor that certification and the mail is left at the bottom of the driveway which makes it very difficult for me to get. I have to ask someone to get it for me. I have not received mail for 3 days straight; called the PO twice about it and still, today, it was left at the bottom. I am really upset since they just don't seem to care at all. The customer service is lacking and it really seems like nobody is in charge to handle issues.
