- CVChristine Vachon2 days ago5.0Amazon has been helping keep this Staple’s location stay busy!!! The staff is always pleasant even under so much stress. A HUGE kudos to David! Today he had a line for returns half way down an aisle AND had to service customers checking out. David was GREAT! He was calm, patient, polite and pleasant. What a wonderful young man he is. He even had to assist the manager with loading an item into a vehicle outside. And he did it without hesitating. The manager also needs recognition for running every dept. with limited staff. He is pleasant and very helpful. I hope corporate sees this and gives these two a generous amount of Recognition. Keep up the great work!

This is a poor business practice, and abuses the customer's need to avoid waiting and get things done in a timely manner. Find another way to generate income!

She has so much consideration for the customers standing in line to make returns. She processes your returns so efficiently without making you wait in line forever.
