Today 1/16/2019 I watched my mail carrier skip my address with several time sensitive packages marked as "out for delivery" early this morning the tracking now says "delivery attempted no access to location" ?? this is normal for package delivery here. This is the worst postal service I have ever experienced. Several formal complaints have been filed at the office with no change to the poor service. Lazy mail carrier smokes in her official vehicle and frequently neglects to deliver packages to our address.
