I do not know what happened if they got a new mail carrier but she does not deliver my packages when they’re suppose to be delivered. It’s like she decides when I get my packages. This is uncalled for about to file a formal complaint. Never use to be like this but it’s starting to get super out of hand. Not only that of there’s specific instructions like “do not bend” on the package it’s completely ignored. I’ve had packages left ontop or outside my mail box instead of brought to the door step as welll. This carrier needs to be fired bring back the old one.

I was told that l had to go online and file a complaint if l wanted the almost $9 postal fee returned. No customer service provided by the Post Master there.
