- JJJamesJul 28, 20261.0I had an Amazon return packaged up and ready to go. The associate at the counter refused to take the package telling me I had to put everything in a brand new box because of the shipping label. Are you serious? I drove 20 min up the highway to another UPS store that simply put the return label over the old label and said have a nice day. Don't waste your time. By the time you find parking and wait in line you could have gone somewhere else. The store attempted to respond to my comment in a way that makes me look like I dont know what im talking about. Trust me I do and the other UPS store couldn't believe it either.
