- JRJennifer RuizJun 25, 20251.0Today I called about some packages I had there and Mr. Chi was very rude, with a very bad attitude and unprofessional, he showed no interest in helping me, he denied that the packages were there and he didn't even ask me for the tracking number to verify, and he sent me to another email and when I went there the girl helped me and called Mr. Chi who again with his bad attitude told him that they weren't there without verifying, once he decided to verify after I don't know how many attempts he told us that the packages were there and hung up the call. They should check what kind of people they hire to work with customer service,
- AJAshley JellenNov 9, 20191.01- I attempted to mail something 3 days ago and it is still in my mail box 2- haven’t gotten mail in 3 days and this is a regular occurrence 3- frequently mark packages as “delivered” when they have not been 4- regularly claim delivery has been attempted but I know it wasn’t because of my security cameras 5-1 star because I do occasionally receive my mail
- ATAl TawrelSep 8, 20191.0Mailed a “priority” mail package on Friday. I wanted a Saturday delivery. Clerk in Wethersfield post office convinced me that being in-state it would almost certainly be delivered on time. He was nice and trying to save me money. He was partially right. It did arrive in the Storrs post office at 5:24 am on Saturday. Plenty of time to be delivered. Website said it would be delivered Saturday by 8pm. Mansfield Storrs post office couldn’t be bothered delivering this “priority” mail. It will now sit until Monday. Awful. No customer service focus at all. I should have trusted my gut and used FedEx. Will never use the post office again for anything time sensitive.
