Guy said the person that did them wasn’t there and that he told them they better call the people that had appointments that day. From what the nice guy(that couldn’t do the passports because he failed the test) said, “it happens all the time….”

Here's a novel idea, how about you update your antiquated system to fit into a modern era instead of badgering your patrons with passive aggressive notes? It's the epitome of rude and unprofessional, and I'm tired of it.

They're all so helpful & friendly and have made the effort to match my and my fiancé's face to our PO Box (within the week of us moving into Sterling!) They've all gone above and beyond with service and we've always been able to count on them. We just recently moved from the town but their assistance hasn't ended at that! Terry came to our rescue (yet again) when a replacement debit card accidentally got shipped to our old Sterling PO Box. She kept an eye out every day for that piece of mail to ensure it didn't get shipped back to sender or lost at another branch. "Thank you" doesn't cut it! We'll miss you all!
