- EEElizabethJun 15, 20261.0I would give this location zero stars if I could. This review is specifically about the fingerprinting services and fingerprint machines used for background checks. Before making the trip, I called this location the same morning and was told that the fingerprinting machine was working. Because I was transporting an 80-year-old individual, I specifically called to avoid making an unnecessary trip if there were equipment issues. After arriving, we were told that the machine was down and that fingerprinting could not be completed. This was extremely frustrating given that I had called ahead specifically to verify that the machine was operational. What made the situation even more concerning is that I was told by another location that this machine had been down previously. If there are ongoing equipment issues, customers should be given accurate information before they spend time and money traveling to the office. When people need fingerprinting for background checks, they are often working under deadlines for employment, licensing, visas, or other important matters. Providing incorrect information about equipment availability creates unnecessary inconvenience and stress. Because I was assisting an 80-year-old individual, this experience was especially frustrating. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided when they call ahead to confirm that a fingerprinting machine is operational.

I do recommend making an appointment, because we definitely got lucky—right after she took us, it got busy. Overall, a very good experience. Great people!
