  I came in to purchase two money orders, which came out to a total of $1,257.20 with fees. I paid in cash, counting it carefully before handing it over. Partway through, the clerk at the front desk (Claudia) told me I was short on payment, so I handed over an additional $10, and then another $10 after she said I was still short — in case I had miscounted. She then told me I was short by $97.20, which didn't add up based on what I had already paid. In the end, I had paid a total of $1,260 in cash, and received $2.80 in change — which is exactly correct for a $1,257.20 total. I have my receipt showing these numbers. I spoke with the manager on my way out about the confusion, but was told they couldn't get involved since it was between me and the clerk. I would have appreciated more support in resolving what was ultimately a simple math discrepancy, especially since the receipt backs up the correct total. My grandparents, who I was there with, were even willing to hand over extra money just to avoid any back-and-forth, which shouldn't have been necessary. Based on this experience, I'd recommend double-checking your total and receipt carefully at this location, and I personally wouldn't want to go through this again with the same clerk.

  let me just tell you I had the worst experience here I’ve stood on LINE for 25minutes While 2 employees just stood there Counting stamps and on top of that Talking about they need a drink right now The 3rd employee seem to be new fairly and she took extremely long due to her not knowing the system They just stood and watch her struggle till 20 minutes later they came in and took another 15minute trying to fix what she did Honestly fire everybody there and hire some new professional people !! Theses 2 right here in this photo got 2 go!! Talking about drinking infront of customers and ignoring everybody Sick!!

  Im having a very bad experience with this location. I cannot get in touch with the local place but only the call center. I’ve been waiting for my package for several days with no information on what’s going on. Its been “Moving through network” for 7 days! Where is my package??????
