- AAAlexJul 18, 20261.0Absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable customer service. During my interaction today, an employee named Jose said, “What a stupid question?” He apparently thought I could not hear him. Jose, were you not brave enough to say it directly to my face? No customer should be insulted or mocked for asking a question. On top of that, Jose forced me to rewrite labels that were already clearly marked “FROM” and “TO,” and threatened that my package would be returned if I did not comply. This was not a simple misunderstanding, he was openly disrespectful, intimidating, and it just completely unprofessional behavior. In my opinion, someone who treats customers this way should not remain in a customer-facing position, and should not work in USPS

Although there is a tremendously long line in the store- they only have one person at the counter although more people are there. Shortly after store opened one person went on break so there’s only one person working the counter. Not effective or efficient service- there are better USPS in town.

People need to stop confusing efficiency with rudeness, and considering she is wearing a name tag it might be polite to stop referring to her as “the Asian lady”. Come on people, it is 2020, let’s evolve.
