- AAAlexJul 18, 20261.0Absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable customer service. During my interaction today, an employee named Jose said, “What a stupid question?” He apparently thought I could not hear him. Jose, were you not brave enough to say it directly to my face? No customer should be insulted or mocked for asking a question. On top of that, Jose forced me to rewrite labels that were already clearly marked “FROM” and “TO,” and threatened that my package would be returned if I did not comply. This was not a simple misunderstanding, he was openly disrespectful, intimidating, and it just completely unprofessional behavior. In my opinion, someone who treats customers this way should not remain in a customer-facing position, and should not work in USPS
