  Had a situation involving anthony. i was making a return with multiple products. Anthony told me there was an item that was not listed on the return list. I told him to wait while I check. He decided to bag up the items and check it off on his own. When i was finished checking, i found the receipts and proof that this item and bag needed to be in the order along with the other items. The items numbers and images matched what I had on my end. When i told him this, he said theres nothing he can do now and that he already bagged it up. I just don't understand if he is incompetent or just angry at people.

  $3 fee to print a label is absurd. Make sure to print it out before hand. It would be so simple to offer that to customers who especially already have a UPS label. Bad PR.

  They severely overcharge for shipping supplies. Other than that seemed fine. If you go here make sure you bring your own box and bubble wrap with you.

  The 2 gentlemen that work there are very kind and they are patient. I have gone several days this week around 3 pm. No doubt it’s been a long day for them but they are so helpful. I totally appreciate this.
