  Impossible to get anyone on the phone. But in-person they were very professional. We had to do a pickup from out of state and weren’t sure if we should go before asking someone about the location. But it is a Branded ship center with a storefront. On google it looks like a warehouse or garage.

  My package was shipped on the 15th of this month the tracking number was sent to me by the shipper so when I click on it first thing that says it wants to add cookies and I click okay, and tells me my phone is outdated Dated with Android 13 loads on it, so is compatible with everyone else, anyway when so when I get on to the website it shows my package is sitting at the main hub the two days, then I get a message, it's says supposed to be received on the /518 and the package never came, that was supposed to get delivered 5/19, but when I checked the site, it shows it's still sitting in the main hub, so I don't really know what's going on, you would think with the price that they charge, they were able to track their packages so much better, I get packages all the time through the United postal service, and everything is fine, you see the package moving along through there delivery system, also I see if packages from UPS and it's the same thing everything is fine, so I don't understand what's wrong with FedEx, but if I don't receive my package, I'm going to have to call them and see what's going on.
