Have had numerous issues despite going in and talking to her about it. The issues with the mail carriers have resulted in loss of money and delivering others mail to our house and ours to the wrong spot, neighbors have the same issue. They need someone new in charge there.

As many other reviews have pointed out, she is completely unprofessional and couldn't care less about her job or handling mail safely. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
