- EAEileen AndersonJul 8, 20261.0Steer clear of this UPS store! I paid them to package artwork and ship it. I also paid to insure it. I was told it would be in a box with foam and proper packaging. It arrived at my clients home between 2 pieces of cardboard that was patched together with other cardboard folded in half. No foam, no box as promised. I paid to insure it and the insurance rejected the claim for improper packing! I emailed and called the store and was told they didn’t know anything about this even though they set up the claim. They had no idea when the manager would be in. Really? The art is ruined with a crease down the middle. They have inexperienced employees and take no responsibility!
