  Raymond was exceptional in the print & marketing services department, helped answer all my questions and assured me my order would be ready in time for my company meeting! Great customer service I certainly reccomend the shelton location for your marketing essentials.

  My main reason for giving a 5 out of 5 score is the outstanding service I received from Raymond at the print and marketing services desk. From start to finish, Raymond was completely helpful throughout the entire process. The ordering, the confirmation, and the pickup. I even called ahead to let him know I’d be late picking up my order, and he was extremely polite, concise, and accommodating. Since I was coming from out of Connecticut and did not have flight date confirmed, Raymond told me on the phone, Staples holds the order for 2 months before it will be purged. Everything about the interaction was seamless. I ordered online, and Raymond was involved every step of the way. When I called before pickup, he handled everything professionally, and when I arrived at the store on Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton, he continued that same level of service in person. His demeanor and attention to detail stood out immediately. He showed me the job, and when I glanced at it quickly, he even made sure to double-check if I wanted to review it more thoroughly. That level of care is rare. I told him directly, Raymond, you’re one of the best employees I’ve come across. I’ve been around the country, and while Connecticut can be a bit rough around the edges at times, Raymond was humble, thorough, and genuinely professional. He absolutely is a rare example of Customer service anywhere that I have encountered. A true reflection of the human resources team at Staples, they did an excellent job hiring and retaining someone like him. He made the entire print service experience 100% seamless. I would absolutely return and recommend this location 110%. The quality of the print job itself was also phenomenal, the paper stock, the finish, everything. I’m extremely satisfied with pricd and will definitely be coming back.

  Very good source of office supplies. Sale prices were reasonable. Very organized, clean and has bargain bins for thrifty shoppers.

  All of the employees in the print department deserve big raises! Every time I go there is wonderful, patient, knowledgeable staff in that department.
