- VFV FJun 27, 20261.0Complete wasted of time. Yall need to update your hours on google or show up to work!!! Says it is open until 6 pm, I show up at 5pm and it is already closed, lights out and not a soul. Please do better.

- KLKaren LewisJun 25, 20261.0I sent my brother in Arizona our Dad's military flag from when he passed. I had the store package it and told them to mark it fragile because it was encased in a triangle wooden and glass box. I was shocked when my brother received it. Severely mangled box without fillers and not marked "Fragile". It's a miracle it arrived in one piece. All told I paid $170.00 for this "service". Never again. Will travel to Shelton instead of the Seymour office. I wish I could give it NO stars

- MPMatt PennJun 1, 20261.0Made a reservation for a notary. Showed up a few minutes early. Gentleman told me "No". Apparently he refused to notarize my document due to concern of getting it wrong? Made me wonder how many docs he has gotten wrong for other customers. Complaint will be filed with CT Sec of State Notary Public Unit. Don't waste your time here, go to a local bank.
