Made two trips here. First, was in attempt to get a passport appointment for my family right after kids school ended. It is difficult for us to get passports in the morning due to school and work, like normal people. Appointment was made successfully. Second trip made was to get our passports. We were greeted with an employee who stated he did not want to assist us due to his shift ending soon. Not now, but soon. Complained to his colleague in front of us that it was more than one person receiving a passport even though we made appointments in person previously. He had a negative attitude towards us and his colleague. He then stated to his colleague "I'm just going to make them wait", right in front of us, not even addressing us when we were standing right in front of him. He then walked away. The second employee called us to the counter and asked again who was applying for the passport. We stated it was three of us, to which she replied, we cannot do that. She then proceeded to ask trivial questions in a very accusatory manner with the intent of giving us a reason as to why they cannot assist us. She asked us if we have all our documents and if they were filled out in black ink only AFTER she looked at all of our documents that were in fact filled out accordingly. She then said you need photos, which was inconsistent information because we were told at our previous visit that this post office does do passport photos. In addition, the website says this post office does passport photos. Essentially, this visit was geared towards making us feel stupid, and giving them any reason whatsoever to not complete our passport applications. You're better off going to Wilton for this, or literally anywhere else.
