- AGAshley GrayApr 29, 20262.0I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this experience stood out. What should have been a straightforward package pickup turned into a much more complicated process than expected. I had the sender's receipt and knew exactly what I was picking up. I was told the package couldn’t be released because it didn’t have a USPS label, and they weren’t sure how it ended up there.That seems like a safety concern. Is it normal that we pick up boxes off the side of the road that "don't have a USPS label"? I understand procedures need to be followed, but this situation felt unnecessarily difficult. I ended up going out to my car, getting a tape measure, and matching the box's dimensions to the receipt just to confirm it was mine. The package also had personal significance, which made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. This particular interaction seemed to come down to how the situation was being handled at the time. Other staff members were polite and appeared just as confused by the situation, which made it feel even more frustrating. To be fair, I eventually got the package, but the overall experience left a lasting impression. Since then, I’ve chosen to use other nearby locations and shipping options instead. This reflects one experience, but it was enough for me to go elsewhere

Never returned it back to me either! WHAT are return labels for???? I have so many problems with service.. mail placed in other boxes, mail not received and mail sent and not received! This postal service in Prospect is pathetic!!! I have confidence in 1… Scott! The office head honcho is nasty also! That’s why this postal service here is so lowly rated!
