  Super convenient spot to drop off my returns. It’s always easy in and easy out, and even when there’s a line it never takes longer than a few minutes to drop off my packages. Plus friendly efficient crew who know what they’re doing and treat people right. I think it’s owner-operated too, which is a plus in my book. Sometimes costs a small extra fee over free alternatives (like Kohl’s with some Amazon vendors) but it’s just so much more convenient that I’ll gladly pay to keep the hassle down.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Last time I was in I overheard a staff member call a customer a “jerk” and that she should “act like an adult”. The owner must be okay with this because when the customer asked the employees name she said it without hesitation, then stated the owners name and when he would be in to talk to her on the phone. I hope she called, I will never go back to this store again.

  Have gone here multiple times for mailings, notary and witness signings... always courteous and helpful, I've never had any problems here.

  Clerk was rude. 14 people in line and 3rd worker continued other work. Not customer service. Took 20+ minutes. Simple return.
