- ASAll StarJun 15, 20261.0Stopped by today at 2pm to mail out a few packages. When I entered there were 3 others waiting for the place to reopen after their hr luch break. Supposed to reopen at 2pm, after 20min of waiting i left and dropped off at another location. 😒 This is not the first time I encountered, this at this location. I always figured there was an emergency or something, but now I see it's A regular occurrence.

I came in to send a large shipment of packages out and I mixed up two of the shipping labels. He did not make me feel bad and was really nice about the mistake, even when I got stressed out about it (was having a hard, emotional day). He also was so kind to everyone who came in and knew many of them personally, really showcasing how important community and postal service was. Really exemplary.

Instead of helping, the staff member had a rude attitude and told me to come back when everything was complete so I wouldn’t “waste his time.” Very unprofessional customer service.
