- SFShon FrancisMay 2, 20261.0This location as with the USPS in general is a nightmare!! Took 9 days for a clients payment to reach our plantsville address from Stratford. We sent a payment to a broker in southington on March 4th. And to date May 2nd. It never made it to them. Had to drop payment and reissue. Still waiting for a clients payment sent to us 2 weeks ago from Oxford, CT. A client in monroe sent a 2 day priority and it took 13 days to get to us in plantsville, it went from Monroe to Springfield then Hartford then to Middletown then came to us. The list goes on and on for this loser of a government agency. What a bunch of misfits!!!

Lending me to realize that local fed ex service is 15 mins away, and actually has human behind desk...can't raise the price of a stamp enough to compensate for the shortcomings of what has become of the USPS. Sad!!!
