I was confused on what happens to mail when it is lost and as to how the mail preview works. I didn't understand her explanation and asked for clarification as to "where does the mail go" if it is not delivered but shows up in the preview. She walked away annoyed with me mid sentence and said you'll need to speak to Dan. Dan came out and explained in detail how the preview works, how long I should wait for the mail to show up and when to contact them again. Kindness goes a long way.
