- SGSarah GilmutdinovaJan 19, 20231.0The most horrible woman at the desk left me in tears, completely disgusting and rude for no reason. Disrespectful and completely unhelpful, taking working in a government office for granted to single people out and treat them awfully for no reason.
- SSS.Jun 27, 20205.0I don't give a lot of reviews about quality of service. But in this case, I had to. The pay office doesn't get credit for a lot these days. It's personnel, even less. I needed to submit my passport paperwork and get a photo. The required online schedule doesn't account for the scheduled lunch shut down. I recieved an email on a Sunday from jean**. Explaining the problem. And working with me to complete it thru a walk in. after several emails, on a Sunday. I showed up and worked with two of the front counter staff. They were very helpful. Courteous. And really just very very pleasant. Not my normal experience. I felt they had taken a simple thing and turned it into a truly memorable customer experience. They should bre commended for it from their superiors.

Had to go there twice, they said the package was left in the mail box (though I had to sign for it .... how is that possible?), then they said they would call me, they didn't. So I went back there before they closed. I spent half of my Saturday morning there not getting my package. Then late afternoon, the supervisor called me to tell me they found the package and to call Monday morning to instruct on how I would get it. Doing that as we speak, and after I explained why I called, I was put on hold. 5 minutes and counting. They make VERY generous use of other people's time due to their poor communication skills.
