  Walked into the FedEx ship center in norwich to be greeted immediately by a pleasant gentleman who took my return, scanned it and handed me my receipt saying "youre good to go sir". Easy, fast, and someone that seemed like he cared about the little, seemingly benign thing i was doing. I was impressed compared to usps and ups ship centers who honestly act annoyed to take care of you! A small gesture to get the door for me on my way out as I was walking with crutches really drove me to leave this review. I bet FedEx barely gets reviews so I wanted to leave a very deserved positive one.

  Nothing to complain about they took my package, thats what they do. Don't need perfect customer service that treats you special. Just need my package taken care of and thats what they did

  Unfortunately I had to pick one star. I had some very expensive package I had to wrap myself when I asked for fragile stickers they said they do not have them and handed me a dry marker I wrote fragile this side up next to the adress being sent to. I asked the woman behind the counter if she had a better marker her response was if you write fragile to many times it only antagonizes the driver. I trusted her word that twice written fragile this side up on package was enough. The package was delivered side ways. The contents where 60% broken. I called to file a complaint and they told me I should have taken pictures of how the contents was wrapped and pictures of the package after closing it also the receiver of the package should had taken pictures on her end.. Who thinks of all that! They should tell you at the counter when the contents are over a certain amount. To take pictures just in case. But nothing was mentioned i trusted that whom ever handled the package would respect the FRAGILE THIS SIDE UP . Apparently not.. please do not use FedEx it was my first and last time.

  Just talked to this pregnant woman and glasses pony tail man and let me tell you they helped us out 100%. It seemed impossible with the garbage online representatives but when we got to the actual location in person they immediately took action and solved our package dilemma. Thank you, I will forever remember to always go to the actual store because nothing beats in person service like wow that wasn’t even 5 minutes to get it done. Great job fedex that’s easily a 10/10 from us. Thank you.

  Absolutely terrible service. My package was returned to the sender the same day as the first delivery attempt. No second attempt, no opportunity to pick it up at the local facility, and no time to resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable.
