The worker at FedEx was processing my shipments and when other people came in he stopped and started to take care of one of them in the middle of my transaction. I asked him to finish with me before he began another order and he became belligerent, and told me if I didn't like it here that I could leave. His tone was threatening. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Then he started cursing in conversation to one of his colleagues while kids were standing 5 feet away!

The guy told me I needed to get each of the pictures into one printable image to avoid a creative fee, which I did. When I arrived back at the store he told me they also needed to be re-sized (which he didn't tell me the first time). He asked me if I wanted him to do it and I said yes, thank you. Five minutes later, that was done but I found that my charge went up about 30%. He failed to tell me there was an up-charge for re-sizing the pix. 5 min re-sizing my pics for $50 extra? Really, you couldn't just do that for me on my second visit? In addition, I did not like the attitude. I'm not going back.
