- MHMichael HensleyJul 21, 20261.0Fedex is the worst package delivery in the US. I had to go to the center because the delivery man kept lying about attempted deliveries which he never made.

I cannot say the same for myself, as when I run into inconveniences through customer support I often get annoyed with the employees at the hub despite it not being their fault. They do a great job of taking care of customer needs, even when the customer is a bit of an ass lol! 5 stars, will ship out snakes through this hub again.

I was home all day for an overnight delivery, and when I checked at the end of the day it said that delivery was attempted but failed. This was not true. I was home all day, and have video evidence that the driver never attempted delivery. When I called customer service to try to get this resolved, very little was done. As of this writing, I am still waiting for the package.
