- BPBailey PascaliAug 27, 20261.0They ever only have ONE employee working at any given time, so this place operates slower than a snails pace. The employees literally do not care about getting you in and out in a timely manner, especially Pete. Very outdated and musty building. Will be avoiding this place like the plague from now on.

I kindly knocked and asked if she could please take care of my 2 letters - seriously 2 mins task - but she was so rude and unprofessional that didn’t even turn her head. She was still taking care of a customer so everything was working and nothing shut down. Truly disappointed on her lack of empathy and rudeness. As as solo mom working 7 days it took a lot to make it to the post office on a Friday during traffic yet I arrived on time. Won’t ever used this location again. At the New Britain USPS they’re so much nicer and have no issue taking a customer arriving a few minutes before closing.

I’ve seen people who must go on a regular basis go in and know him by name they speak like long time friends. That to me is great costumer service:):) We need more people like him!!
