  As someone who’s new to the area, I needed a notary and some copies made, so I stopped by this UPS Store. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. The owner personally took the time to help me with the notary process and made sure my copies were exactly what I needed. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and friendly. It’s rare to find this kind of personal service these days. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

  MUST READ REVIEW , I purchased a luxury watch with an insured pre paid UPS label for $9,900 the employee (who has supposedly since been fired), put the WRONG label on the box due to NEGLIGENCE, long story short the watch ended up in a completely different state and they were unable to recover it, originally the owner/manager of this franchise Elvira called me apologizing for the situation promising me they would recover the watch which they never did, since then they have stopped responding to me and taken no accountability even after I have emailed them all the proof, I am now going to have to get an attorney involved, I highly recommend anyone avoid this location AT ALL COST!! unless you want your package to end up at a completely different address and no accountability whatsoever, I will continue to update this review on the situation, and in case your wondering about the package insurance, it only applies to the label that was insured, so therefore this is pure negligence and the owner of this franchise location is 100% liable. UPDATE!!! I called again today and Elvira answered and tried to lie and say that her name was “James” and that Elvira is out of the country, these people are SICK, I guess the next step is me contacting corporate to investigate this franchise, will keep this review updated as it progresses

  I love getting my mail at this ups store. Everyone is pleasant and takes the time to get to know you. When I walk in I’m greeted kindly and helped fast and efficiently! Will continue doing business with them!
