- GLGail LedesmaMay 25, 20263.0I was there to return an Amazon purchase. I went to the usual return area in the store and got in line. I was the first person on line and waited and waited and waited for the person being helped to do her business. But, she took an inordinate amount of time (10 minutes?). The lady behind me looked at me and we both rolled our eyes as the other clerk, who had been working on "stuff" stopped and decided to wait on a different person from outside the line (seemed like she knew them). Then she finally came over to help me. I'd been standing there with my cane as I'm elderly and handicapped, all that time, but she had ignored me. When I said I had an Amazon return, she looked at my bag and said "If you have a QR code, you have to go to the front of the store for your return." Ihad walked all the way to the back of the store and stood there and 15 minutes later, I was told to go back to the front for service!! I was NOT happy! I recommend that you POST NOTICE that QR Code returns must be taken at the regular check out registers! That will help those who are handicapped ♿️.
