Came in to ship a Glock Slide through UPS back to the manufacturer. All she heard was the word Glock and refused to send my part claiming it's federally regulated. Guns are federally regulated, not the parts. She refused to even look at me or speak to me after. Staff needs to be trained better. Be sure to say it's just a machined part and nothing more.

I was shouted at by an employee after asking for help with the 4 copies I needed made. First she looked at me like something was wrong with me, then she said "I have a witness" referring to a fellow customer, before calling management to say "I have an irate customer that needs to be dealt with". I asked her witness "was I irate? Yelling even?" To which the customer said no with an eye roll as if the situation was absurd. The employee began SHOUTING at me with my young daughter, telling me to "GO OVER THERE. YOU CAN GO OVER THERE" not that I was anywhere near her, nor would I want to be she was having a breakdown projected at me. I started shaking and tearing up because I'm not accustomed to being shouted at anymore. The fellow customer rubbed my shoulder and apologized to me that this was happening at all. Whoever came to "deal" with me was fine, he helped me get my four copies. Unfortunately nothing is going to fix the experience I had with this employee. Now i can't go to staples for fear of an attitude and getting yelled at. In all my years of customer service I have never treated a customer like that.

Love coming here for our office needs and now our party supply needs! Party city!!! Perfect location for Amazon and ups drop offs. They have all the office supply needs and back to School needs and the staff is extremely helpful and act like they want to help and be there. Thanks staples !

They just stand around and let you stand in line while they do nothing. Then no greeting, Not a hello, sorry we kept you waiting or a thank you! Worst show of laziness and lack of customer care I have ever seen!
