- MFMo New FairfieldMay 26, 20263.0It used to be a pleasant experience going to the Post Office in New Fairfield. Thankfully Vinnie is still there and he makes up for Dave’s poor customer service. When my friend went a few weeks ago she thought Dave was just maybe having a bad day. However, my experience was just as bad, he was rude, sarcastic, not friendly and certainly not welcoming. Sadly, sometimes the post office is required for certain transactions. I now dread having to go in there unless I know Vinnie is behind the counter. It’s very unfortunate when someone obviously doesn’t like their job but even worse when it shows through the way they treat people. A little kindness goes a long way.
