  I come here every so often for a larger print job. The lady who is the supposed printing expert doesn’t know how to properly format print jobs and stands like a hawk at the computer when you ask to fiddle with print settings to get it done correctly. Most good print shops I’ve been to either know what they are doing or let the customer take over.

  I needed to have my passport and a utility bill notarized to say that they are a true copy of the original document. The lady said that nobody could ever certify a true copy; all she could do was to witness me sign the copy, which isn't very helpful is it? why would I need a witness to sign a copy that I copied myself?! And my self certification is not going to be accepted by authorities, or else why would I need a notary? I think she meant that she couldn't verify if the original documents are true, but the point here is not whether the original documents are true, it is whether the copy is a truthful copy the original document. Anyway, she went out of her way to make a simple thing complicated, and her service attitude was very mediocre, I left very disappointed and upset, and quickly got the job done somewhere else with no problem.
