I received an email stating that my mail was being held at this location, yet I have come here more than five times and have still not received it. During my most recent visit, the employee pictured took my driver’s license and told me to wait in the area where customers receive their mail. I waited for over 10 minutes with no updates. I eventually had to go back through the double doors to ask what was going on, and only then did he return my driver’s license. Throughout that time, I had no idea where my identification was or why I was still waiting. The lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers are treated with better communication and professionalism.

Mr. Rafael emailed me and called me to make sure my issues were resolved. I was having a really rough day at work,when I received Rafael’s phone call, He Took steps to resolve my issue that I really appreciate, But we just laughed about it, I enjoyed the phone call very much and I think that this post office is very lucky to have a person like him Working for them. He took actions to resolve my issues and took the time to understand my issue. Because I basically thought I would have to file a lawsuit against this office For interfering with my federal rights of receiving my mail.
