Mr. Rafael emailed me and called me to make sure my issues were resolved. I was having a really rough day at work,when I received Rafael’s phone call, He Took steps to resolve my issue that I really appreciate, But we just laughed about it, I enjoyed the phone call very much and I think that this post office is very lucky to have a person like him Working for them. He took actions to resolve my issues and took the time to understand my issue. Because I basically thought I would have to file a lawsuit against this office For interfering with my federal rights of receiving my mail.

- CCCarlosApr 13, 20261.0Hate going to this place the asian lady is very rude and always had a excuse its taking me a month already just to pay and send some paper work so I can travel I've been there 5 times already and she always has a dam excuse to not finish her job even with appointments. I was there yesterday and she could not even finish up with me told me to come by next day .we'll next day im in my car on my way there and they called me not to come by to come the next day this is freaking crazy do your job or apply somewhere else one month its taking just to finish up my passport we even took the pictures some were else and our forms are filled up so what's the dam hold up .even other people were complaining this place is horrible go some were else you save your self a headache.
