- TCThomas CalzoneJan 17, 20241.0ABSOLULTY AWFUL AND RUDE STAFF. POST MASTER IS PROBABLY THE RUDEST MOST DISRESPECTFUL WOMEN I HAVE EVERY BEEN FORCED TO SPEAK TO AND OR WAIT ON HOLD FOR!!!!! REFUSE TO DELIVER MY MAIL FOR PROBABLY THE TENTH TIME IN MULTIPLE YEARS FOR HORRIBLE REASONING, THIS TIME BECAUSE OF LESS THEN AN INCH OF SNOW IN MY FRONT YARD!!! MY MAIL BOX IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD WHICH IS ALSO OUT OF MY CONTROL APPARENTLY BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO TURN AROUND AND DRIVE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET EVEN THOUGH UP AND FED EX TRUCKS ARE 4 TIMES THE SIZE AND DO IT ALL DAY LONG. THEY EXPECT ME TO SHOVEL SNOW OUT OF MY YARD. WHAT AN ABSOULTE JOKE OF AN ORGINIZATION. THE CITY OF MILFORD SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO ALLOW SUCH AWFUL SERVICE IN TOWN.
- MPM. P.Jun 10, 20221.0I am visiting town and went to this post office to mail a hard document mailer with artwork inside. I've been mailing art this way in the same mailers for about 8 years now, no issues, always get a tracking number. I asked her to mail it with tracking, and the woman at the counter told me that was impossible, because my mailer is bendable. She then proceeded to BEND MY MAILER in front of me, risking damage to $150 worth of art, to show me it's bendable. I had written "Do not bend please" on it, as usual, and she said out loud to me, "I know this says do not bend, but look, it's bendable." I was completely shocked that she would damage my package in front of my face. I took it back and said I will go somewhere else. I'm going to try and contact a supervisor about this as well, that is completely unacceptable.
