  Unfortunatley this review is for the older gentleman Nayan I think that's how you spell it and not for the rest of the associates . I usually don't go here but I was in the area for a doctor 's appt so the closet Ups was here and normally when I return amazon items it's not asked to have it packaged so when i arrived I was greeted by a young girl named Lalithya and she was so nice and told me if I had something to put it in she can help with a little tape , since I explained to her what happened . So I went to my car and saw I had a brown bag big enough to put the item in and all I needed was one piece of tape . But when I came back in she was helping another person with a bunch of Amazon returns so I thought I'd ask the gentleman , he was not so nice told me I had to pay 2.99 or buy a roll of tape and take it home and now I had enough at home and I don't usually have to do this with Amazon returns so I left and saw a Dollar Tree couple doors down , went inside and got a roll for 1.25 . Had scissors in my purse so I taped it myself , but what made me write this was the way he acted when I came back in with the package taped and ready , he avoided to help and another kid came forward to take my package . Lalithya was still helping the person ... that's when I asked his name and thought I'd leave this review, sadly he's an older gentleman who should know better but the young girl Knew more on how to treat people / customers

  Be extra careful with this ups store, they lost my package, I went back to find out where its my package, because they are an independent store, and their answer was , " we can't do anything about it, it was a pre paid label, so we can't track it". Nice way to steal, I LEFT MY NUMBER TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, STILL WAITING. my bad for not reading the reviews before , now they lost my package and my money. This is more than frustration.

  I already paid for my UPS shipping label online. All I needed was for the store to print one page so I could drop off my package. They charged me $4.28 for a single printed page, which is ridiculously expensive. I won’t be using this location again.
