  What a terrible experience. I needed a new printer for my school and was interested in one of the more expensive ones, but I had questions about them. I purchased one here 5 years ago and wanted something new. I was clearly bothering the associate who I asked for help, and I have never been spoken to in such a way. She was short, rude, interrupted me and I was so shocked I just left. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. I will drive out of my way to go anywhere else from now on.

  Do not do your Amazon return here. I went on may 2nd around 1PM to do a return. First red flag should’ve been the man not wanting to give me a receipt for my return. (No proof of return and on Amazon it said I hadn’t returned it) Had to contact Amazon myself for a refund.. waste of my time.

  I’m sitting here in the parking lot shaking with frustration….These people had to go out of their way to be this bad and the implications are massive… I’ve printed at Staples close to 50 times in my life and never had an issue before I met two of the laziest, worst human beings at this store. I have a life changing interview tomorrow and needed 5 pieces of paper printed. Just 5 resumes. It would have taken them no more than a minute or two and I offered to pay them whatever they wanted to do this. The employee that looked like a strung out JCole told me to go use the self print machines because they wouldn’t do it behind the counter. Long story short the printer kept messing up the margins, paper, everything imaginable. The guy was mocking me with a smile saying I can place an order and pick it up tomorrow (knowing my interview was before the stores opening hours). I know I’m being rude now in this… but I’m just super frustrated. I was kind as can be inside. This is just so unnecessary and I hope this employee finds peace in his life. You’re not a hostage at this staples dude. If you’re so miserable there and clearly hate your job that much leave. I’d avoid this place unless you guys want miserable strung out JCole imitators laughing at you while refusing to help you with things actually matter.

  I really don’t shop at staples because they are always over priced. However, today I felt adventurous and walked in. My husband and I checked their kindles, and as he pointed to the screen, the alarm went off. The woman that came over was really rude. We apologized and assured her that he just tapped it and it went off. She refused to make eye contact and said “yea sure”. We continued to shop and I picked about 11 products from the clearance bins. When I went to the register, the same woman from earlier was the cashier. “Just so you know, everything is regular price.” She said. “But I grabbed everything from the bins. These 2 are from the 2$ bins and everything else was in the 50cent bin.” I told her. “Well everything is regular price.” I answered with “ok no thank you” and then my husband and I walked away. She asked if I was sure and I said “yes I’m sure, I refuse to support a store that tries to lie to their customers.” My husband and I left. Either they are trying to trick their customers or they are just really confused how pricing works. Either way, I don’t think it’s appropriate for me to give them my business.

  Item was showing on website and in app as available for pickup in 30 mins. Went to the store to grab the item, the employee says it was out of stock and they didn’t have any in the store. They then made us prove that we could go all the way through the app to place order. Ended up finding an alternative and asked them to price match for their error and was told to get lost. Kate, if you read this you should really go through some management training - your staff is nice, but would rather talk to each other, you have an attitude problem, and your store is very poorly run. Won’t be back but that’s not a surprise based on your terrible reviews!
