  Never been to a worse Staples. I asked a simple question because I could not find something in store and they had the worse attitude. Cashier was very rude, will not be visiting or recommend.

  We went to Milford staples to get done some of our posters and banners and the girl there name ALINA helped us with everything we want she was so kind, patient and helpful we really appreciate her effort she put for helping us thanks to her and staples for hiring really nice people highly recommended!!!

  Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience while returning my Amazon package. First of all, the employee assisting me had a very unfriendly attitude. It was honestly intimidating to even ask a simple question. I politely asked if she knew how I could change the return location, since my returns had originally been set for Whole Foods, but since I was already there, I wanted to use that store instead. She responded in a very curt and rude manner, saying she didn’t know. I ended up figuring it out myself through the app. Throughout the interaction, she seemed visibly annoyed and bothered. After we finished, I noticed that my email confirmation showed that only one of my three packages had been returned. I went back to ask about it, and she became even more dismissive and rude, to the point where she was trying to assist the next customer before addressing my concern. When she realized I wasn’t leaving until my issue was resolved, she called the manager, who at least treated me with respect and helped me professionally. I had actually planned to purchase an Apple charger while I was there, but this employee completely drained my energy and changed my mind. If someone is unhappy in their job, perhaps they should look for a position where they feel more comfortable, rather than taking out their frustration on customers. After all, customers are the reason businesses continue to operate. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no customer should feel unwelcome or disrespected for simply asking for assistance.
