  Always friendly employees, they do seem a bit understaffed but they make it work. Easy to park and to get in for what I need and then check out. This location is in a center with a nail shop, Car parts store, tire repair, bad Chinese food, Petco, Diner And then across the parking lot is noodles, Chipotle, Firestone, Wing Stop. Across the street is Starbucks, cannabis, dispensary, Car Wash, Home Depot, Taco Bell and Market 32. I'm giving the location of a bunch of other businesses just in case you are coming from a bit further away and maybe want to get something else done.

  I visited the store to print a shipping label. The employee spoke under his breath, was dismissive when I asked questions, and refused my request to print the label at a smaller size. While the package was ultimately shipped, I felt that my concerns as a customer were not taken seriously, and the interaction came across as rude and unprofessional.

  Jim who runs the Amazon returns table is an angel. He’s super patient and pleasant even when the line gets long, but manages to keep things moving for the customers who are waiting. Give this man a raise!

  Time flies in the amazon return line! Don't come return anything between 4-5pm on a weekday. You will wait in line for a minimum of 20+ minutes easily. Management needs to either A) get two workers scanning during high volume times or B) upgrade the scanning device. The poor lady that was working the amazon returns was scanning packages with a iphone from 2006.

  Theres never enough staff here. The wait is uncomfortably long. I guess we're lucky to have a brick-and-mortar store at all. Thank goodness because more than once I've had a problem with a mouse or a keyboard where I needed ereplacement immediately.
