  I show with 2 kids for passport photos. 11am arrival didn’t leave until 12:03. A staff member refused to accommodate my autistic son with a proper way to take photos. She insisted he stand on a ROLLY chair. When I expressed my concerns she said I could go elsewhere. I’m thankful to the manager for stepping in and helping, except for the fact my sons photos where too dark. My daughter wasn’t looking at the camera her mouth was open. Post office said it will mostly likely be denied. So 45$ down the drain. They are not equipped for babies or small children in a safe way I hope they invest in equipment that isn’t a broken chair and a countertop that is filthy and next to an electrical outlet. Do better.

  There’s a middle-aged Hispanic woman that works there that is extremely rude. I’m not sure if she’s a manager, but she certainly acts like she’s one. I came inside with some rather large UPS packages and instead of nicely letting me know that she couldn’t take them. she was super rude about it, which of course put me in a bad mood. Had she just been nice about it, I would have kindly brought them back out to the truck instead I had to get into an argument with her over it mostly when other workers there have always been super nice and actually taken any package I brought in. She was unnecessarily rude. I ended up going to a different staples 30 minutes away and dropping them off with somebody who is extremely nice and polite. The woman who I dealt with certainly does not belong in a customer service position, mostly with her demeanor that is not somebody want representing your location

  I had an amazing experience at this Office Depot! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. Their selection is impressive, and the prices are unbeatable—definitely my go-to place for office supplies!
