    I am on a deadline and this place wasn't even open at 9:15am. 15 minutes after it was supposed to be open. Ill go to UPS from now on

    Manager must have been having a bad day. Not friendly at all and I had to wait in my car for 30 mins while she was on break. Been coming here for weeks to mail stuff with free label. She insisted prior Manager was handling incorrectly (against policy) and therefore was fired so she charged me $6 to ship. So now I’m out $6 and 30 minutes of time waiting and all I got in return was a lousy attitude.
